Small Fashionable  Day Camp with Big Heart available this summer in Arden, NC.  2 weeks of Summer Camp

PART or FULL DAY OPTIONS:

1/2 day AM  Morning  9am-1pm

1/2 day PM  Afternoon 12:00noon-4pm

CAMP Goals:

Quality learning with fun projects and individualized attention. Spend time being creative and get new sewing skills. We will balance the week to include sewing instruction and crafty fun. Participants with make one garment per week and a daily craft or accessory projects.

SCHEDULE framework:

9 am  Morning Checkin / Creative Brainstorming 

9-10am  Technique Time / Learning sewing skills

10-12noon Project Time / Focus on your creation of the  week: design, cutting, sewing, fitting, completion.

12-1pm Lunch  Break / Walk to Jake Rusher Park (If weather cooperates) /Fashion Sketching and Illustration

1-1:30 Skill Share - Crafty fabric fun

1:30-3:30 Make it Take it Accessory Project of the Day  OR  Work on a sewing project of your choice

3:30-4:00 Collaboration Projects - Creating art together - finishing up Crafts

Details and Paperwork:

Students should bring their own water bottles and  lunches. We have drinks and healthy snacks on hand.

We will walk through the Royal Pines neighborhood to  Jake Rusher Park for picnic lunch and playground time as long as the weather cooperates.

We will send you our Protocols and Procedures which will include a Camp registration google doc. where you can provide more information about your participant and release for participation in activities.
